The Dolce Story
From recipe to celebration, it's all about intention.
Dolce Terra has been ever-evolving, officially since 2015 when Dolce was born. At the heart of Dolce is a passion for creating not only desserts, but an experience. Each creation begins with a vision and is made to celebrate both the everyday and milestone moments.

Every detail, from flavor to finish, is done with intention. Our cakes and desserts are made sans gluten, crafted with luxe, velvety buttercream, and baked in small batches using thoughtful ingredients, with a focus on local and organic.

Dolce is a way of creating and sharing meaningful things, of bringing people together through something simple yet special: food that connects, celebrates, and feels intentional in every way.

The Dolce Terra Shop features dried flowers, apparel, and other retail items, each created with the same intention and passion for meaningful design and thoughtful creation. Every item is an extension of the same spirit that inspires our bakes: creating and sharing things that bring happiness, connection, and celebrate everyday life.​

A portion of every purchase, 10%, is donated to For The Pups, our community initiative that supports local rescues and pup causes and celebrates the connection between people and their pups. It’s our way of giving back to help pups in need. Inspired by our pups and a desire to do more good.

Hi, I'm Gina!
​The creator behind all things Dolce. In 2015, I decided that I was ready to pursue baking at a more professional level, and Dolce was officially born. I have a full-time career in real estate, and Dolce is my passion pursuit, my way of creating and sharing something meaningful.
Dolce cake design is rooted in a love for simple awe: fresh florals, accents that highlight ingredients, and an aesthetic that has a vibe of its own. I love bringing a vision to life through design, texture, and flavor.

My husband, Jorge, and I have been married since November of 2018, and we have three pups - Deacon (14), Chloe (10), and Sebastián (2). Being their momma has my heart (and Jorge, too).
