Local orders can be placed for Dolce Terra baked goods for pickup on select days each month. A minimum order amount applies for deliveries within a limited distance. All orders are final sale and non-refundable if not canceled at least 14 days before the order pickup date. Orders cannot be transferred to another date or product. Orders placed online or submitted through the order request form are considered requests, not confirmed orders, until Dolce Terra confirms acceptance based on our availability and specialty. Payment does not guarantee acceptance. However, invoices must be paid in full to have a confirmed order. If we’re unable to fulfill your order, you’ll receive a full refund. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for pickup, your order will be forfeited without refund or transfer. For deliveries, if no one is home to receive the order, it will be left at the provided address. Dolce Terra is not responsible for damage or spoilage once the order has been delivered.
