Local orders can be placed for Dolce Terra baked goods for pickup on select days each month. A minimum order amount applies for deliveries within a limited distance.

All orders are final sale and non-refundable if not canceled at least 14 days before the order pickup date. Orders cannot be transferred to another date or product.

Orders placed online or submitted through the order request form are considered requests, not confirmed orders, until Dolce Terra confirms acceptance based on our availability and specialty. Payment does not guarantee acceptance. However, invoices must be paid in full to have a confirmed order. If we’re unable to fulfill your order, you’ll receive a full refund.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for pickup, your order will be forfeited without refund or transfer.

For deliveries, if no one is home to receive the order, it will be left at the provided address. Dolce Terra is not responsible for damage or spoilage once the order has been delivered.

Dolce Terra is a home-based bakery operating under the Texas Cottage Food Laws.

Our baked goods are gluten-free, but are not certified gluten-free and are not made in a gluten-free kitchen.

Baked goods may contain allergens, either due to the ingredients in the item or cross-contamination.

Dolce Terra does not accept returns. All retail sales are final for non-baked goods.

Orders for baked goods must be canceled at least 14 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date to be eligible for a refund.

Please inspect your order upon pickup or delivery and contact us immediately at hello@thedolceterra.com if your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exchanges Purchases are not exchangeable. All sales are final.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is being shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition received: unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
